Great for long runs
4I was gifted these from a friend at first and tried them before a 6 mile run. They gave me the extra push I needed without the tingles or jitters of a pre work out. Love them.

3I bought this to have before a workout. I tried using pre workout shakes years ago but I felt like I might explode. I've started training again so I thought this might work instead. I feel like it does something but not alot.

1Very poor first time I tried them I took 1 and it done nothing The 2nd time I tried them I done so 30 mins before my workout which lasted over an hour and the tablets still done nothing I wouldn’t waste your money on these Goes Well With:The bin
