Very affective
5Its a very strong caffein pill works really well as i get another boost half way through the workout and do nearly double on what i would usually do without it

5Great boost to the morning. I don't drink coffee or tea so helps kick start the morning if I'm struggling. Wouldn't advise taking after 12 unless you cut them in half or you won't be sleeping for another 12 hours

Great for long runs
4I was gifted these from a friend at first and tried them before a 6 mile run. They gave me the extra push I needed without the tingles or jitters of a pre work out. Love them.
