i wanted to try this product as i always fall asleep on the way home on the bus and i train on the evenings so very tired. this product does stop me from falling asleep i guess but didn't have the results i was expecting. not a bad product if you just want to stay awake but not a great product if your expecting a lot of energy.

not good as a pre workout intensifier but is great for keeping you awake at work and burning fat. Also there a great price when compared to Pro Plus (sold in super markets) which are about £5 for 48x 50mg!

It is what it is. caffeine. For the price you can't go wrong. 200 tablets will last you best part of a year. use these with green tea extract and you got a basic fat burner add L carnitine and you got a freakin' furnace!
