1Very poor first time I tried them I took 1 and it done nothing The 2nd time I tried them I done so 30 mins before my workout which lasted over an hour and the tablets still done nothing I wouldn’t waste your money on these Goes Well With:The bin

Strong stimulant to help you stay up
4Since it contains 200mg of caffeine per tablet, it's good enough to help you stay up when you're tired or sleepy. It will raise your heart beat a little and give you a temporary boost of energy, but it definitely helped me not fall asleep during my classes. If you're looking for pre-workout, this is not it, this is just pure caffeine. No taste, odorless and no after-taste. Simply taken with a gulp of water.
