1Ive been taking this for over a week and it hasn't had an effect on me. I suggest you just take pre workout instead

Rocket Fuel
5My usual day consists of; 1 hour gym sesh, 10 mile cycle and 8 long hours of gruelling work, by Wednesday/Thursday I'm shattered, I have one of these in the morning with breakfast and it keeps me focused til teatime. Defo a must on workout days, on rest days I don't have one - being careful not to get used to them so they can work their full effect when I do need a boost!Goes Well With:Water

Doesn't work
1I have used this everyday for a week whilst doing the insanity boxset. I take them at work 1hr before I get home to start my workout and haven't noticed a difference in my energy.

Very weak
2As I do not drink coffee then I occasionally used pro plus tablets at work, usually after lunch, to keep me awake and refreshed. I ordered these pills to replace the pro plus yet I am highly dubious if they really are 200mg. At work after lunch then I would take anywhere from 100-200mg of pro plus, this would keep me refreshed until I got home. Taking 1 x 200mg myprotein tablet and I have found myself yawning after only a couple of hours. It's possible that I have built up a tolerance but I have been taking caffeine tablets regularly and I think 200mg should easily last the whole afternoon. I am going to revert back to Pro Plus to see if there is any difference

Works
5I normally drink 2 - 4 cups of tea or coffee a day. I thought then that I would need the full dose of these to get a kick - but half a tablet before my workout is enough for me! Great buzz. Can only take them in the morning or I'm up all night, so I use them for morning workouts only.
