Great pre-workout
5I take this product 45 mins to half an hour before training and it gives me a great boost. Do not take if you drink loads of coffee as you won't get any benefit fro it

5Really good for the gym take one about 30 mins before gym and are really effective definitely recommend Goes Well With:Water

Disappointed
1The more of these I take the more tired I get, I have had to stop using these as I just can't stay awake, one or two in the morning and within 30mins I'm falling asleep. I purchased these as a substitute for Pro plus which worked fine.

Kicks you off
4If you are like me, who is a bit of a sloth, who likes to subconsciously make every excuse NOT to go to the gym, then this is ideal for you. Make sure you only take one as per instructions, as I took 2 the very first time, as I'm a large overweight bloke, I thought this would be what I needed. Turned out I was virtually climbing the walls as a result. You only need one to give you the motivation. It's got to the point nowwhere I sometimes make excuses in my mind to not take the tablets, not just the gym, as I know as soon as I have one, I have the get up and go about me.Goes Well With:Water

Not sure if works
3Been taking these for quite a while and not sure if they work that well. they are okay for a bit of extra energy. Thermopure is so much more effective and using this instead. Goes Well With:water

No effect at all
1To be honest I'm not sure if these pills really work for other people or they are just payed to write 5 star comments, but my caffeine pro has no effects on me. First of all, I don't usually drink coffee, but when I do, I can notice the effect of a small cup immediately, so I started to take one Caffeine Pro pill in the morning, before going to gym and did not feel any improved focus/concentration/alertness at all. I then tried to take two pills (400 mg of caffeine!!) and yet, I can say that these pills are mostly useless. I wish these pills would have worked for me and this review will help other people. Now I am concerned if the other supplements from MyProtein (pills, aminoacids, etc) are any good or they are just a waste of money.... Goes Well With:water
