5I normally drink 2 - 4 cups of tea or coffee a day. I thought then that I would need the full dose of these to get a kick - but half a tablet before my workout is enough for me! Great buzz. Can only take them in the morning or I'm up all night, so I use them for morning workouts only.

Nice buzz
3I've had these a few days now and they are a great pre workout. They don't really taste nice but all caffeine products I've tried don't.. the only problem I have with the tablets is that they are difficult to swallow, the reason they are hard to swallow is as soon as you put the water in your mouth with the tablet the coating to help swallow the tablet instantly goes which make it very hard to swallow without it getting stuck in your throat. Asides from that they are very good and give a nice buzz before working out.

Great buzz without any side effects
5These tablets are really effective, take them about 45mins before lifting. Pre-workouts tend to be a bit much for me but these do a great job at providing a sustained buzz.

Very Effective!
5I sleep 4 hours and take only one pill with pure water and go to work in an office. It last for nearly 8 hours ! Not recommend take this pill after 12 o'clock..too strong !Goes Well With:water

Don't see any difference in performance
3I don't drink a lot of coffee and wanted a caffeine boost when I'm working out. I honestly don't see a massive difference in my performance with these supplements in comparison to the gels that MyProtein sells. I'd recommend them over these!

3I've only tried taking one of these before a workout, haven't tried taking two yet. Taking only one doesn't really have much effect.
