Great! Just a low dose
3I love them, and they’re great for getting a small buzz if you are looking to reduce total caffeine intake However, only 5mg a gummy which is very low for a ‘pre workout’. They are great for a ‘pick me up’ throughout the day!

Pre-Work Out Gummies - Taste Great
5They taste great, give you the energy that is required without the drop afterwards that most pre-workout drinks do. I take them before all of my HiTT classes and they seem to keep me going all the WAY.Goes Well With:Not sure as I take them on there own.

Gummies vs powder
1I’ve tried many pre workouts. And this one for me has to be the least effective it done absolutely nothing but the taste is very nice ..no explode is the best that I’ve tried

3Very easy to chew and to consume, amazing taste. Just felt the effects were very quick and wore off pretty fast. Wouldn’t recommend for a run which is what I used them for but can see them being very effective in the gym lifting weightsGoes Well With:Followed consuming these with a coffee
