Very effective
5The portion size is 1-4 dummies, but I would opt for a lower dosage to start off with as I found 3 gummies to be really strong. They taste really good and very handy for pre-workouts.

Tasty and alert
4Prefer the gummies to the pre-mix drinks. Under to the stomach and I actually like taking them. Tasty. More flavours needed to mix things up. Feel like it kicks in to keep me alert and going to pretty effective.

Maybe I haven’t had enough
4I’ve had the pre workouts for nearly a month now, and I think they taste soooo good but I don’t seem to feel any effectiveness. I’ve had two in one go, so I’ll try have three the next workout and see how I feel then. Overall good
