Great taste, gentle with no nasty side effects
I got the pouch of these to try as I hate most pre workout powders and the way they make me feel - itchy face/tingly body sore belly and anxiety through the roof. These gummies however haven’t given me any of those nasty side effects! 🤯 mind blown. I took 2 about 30 mins before my workout and I felt the effects pretty quick, they taste like haribo too so if you’re doing a fasted workout they’re nice to have beforehand. The only downside is they’re quite pricey but I think it’s worth it for the quality! 😊

They are lovely as sweets but only have the smallest amount of caffeine in, even when you take the full dose. Not worth buying especially for the price :(

Not taken any form of pre workout before, but ordered some samples of a few with my last order. I got the pouch of these as I quite liked the idea of just eating a few sweets on the way to the gym. Taste wise, they're brilliant, id eat them all day. Actual pre workout wise, they did nothing for me. Dose says 1-4, I ended up taking 6 and felt literally nothing at all. Maybe be better for someone thats smaller than me, im 110kg, but in general, not a fan.

They taste amazing but don’t give you to much of a buzz they are good for a mild workout but not for hiit workout, they are super nice tasting it’s just 4 a time is almost not enough of a buzz.

I have never tried a pre-workout before so was not really sure what to expect. As it is recommended between 1 to 4 per dose I thought, if I haven't used it before I would start with a smaller dose of 2. I spoke with my trainer as I felt I wasn't seeing any effects. He recommended to take 4 and said that I should feel a buzz when working out. Not sure if i am yet to feel this buzz but it tastes great. I will continue to use it until I have finished all of them, but do not recon I will be ordering it again, unless I start feeling something.

I've never tried pre-workout products before but I've taken 2-3 between 30-10mins before a workout and felt no effect. I feel having a can of Monster before hand would have more effect.

Nice flavour, tastes like I'm just eating sweets. Gives a bit of energy, not enough to experience the pre-workout tingles. More of a pick me up. Have re-purchased.
