3I take 2 or 3 of these before I go training at 6.30 am as i don't fancy breakfast before hand. They work for me.

Maybe I haven’t had enough
4I’ve had the pre workouts for nearly a month now, and I think they taste soooo good but I don’t seem to feel any effectiveness. I’ve had two in one go, so I’ll try have three the next workout and see how I feel then. Overall good

Waste of time

Not very effective
2Was a bit let down by these. Flavour wise they were great, but I felt like I would've had the same quality workout had I been eating fruit pastilles

5These taste like fruit pastels so no complaints here. I used to take the energy shots before workouts but I was never a fan of the tingling on the drive to gym, these are just as effective but no burning/tingling sensation Goes Well With:Just by themselves

Little gems
5Love these… don’t leave me feeling full or bloated like a protein shake can and they work which surprised me. I thought they would be a yummy sweet but they do add a little something. Highly recommend
