5What a help it was! I used be all about the cans of monster to help or scooping pre workout but these are so easy to take and so effective!

Great Pre Workout hit
4Expected this to taste disgusting but it’s not bad. Saves all the mixing and great to keep in your gym bag for a quick fix. Goes Well With:Lots of water

Taste Awful - salt taste
1The salt taste is so high! Not sure if i got a bad bunch but these all taste like sea water!! Yes it did give me a boost. Berry blast no.. super salty liquid..

No effect
2This was the first pre-workout I ever tried and it did nothing. I was also expecting it to be a gel as advertised but it was more like a liquid. The flavour was nice though (I got the tropical one). Goes Well With:N/A

Did what it said it would!
4I took this before a rugby match and it did exactly what it said on the packet. I played the hardest I have played for a while and felt like I could keep getting back up when needed. I didn't feel any come down effect after and will be using it again.

5After starting at the gym l didn't take any supplements and found l would run out of energy quick l tried pulse gel tropical storm sample it taste amazing it wasn't thick and it gave me an amazing boost I've never worked so hard so l now buy them by the box and will continue to buy themGoes Well With:Doesn't need to be taken with anything

Does the job properly
5I tried it just to give it a chance since i did not really believe in that kind of product. And guys, i was really surprised, it gave me the required boost to achieve a huge training session. I was not tired at all because of a lack of energy during the session and after but just tired because of my muscular tiredness which is a really nice feeling. Goes Well With:Water, i guess
