Icky Sticky
3Pro Points - It's vegan! It also gave me a huge boost with my cardio workout, I usually collapse mid- way through and this powered me on. Unfortunately, it's sickly sweet. Like children's penny sweets unnatural sweet.I had to mix it with water to make it go down, was surprised at how well it mixes, better than some cheap powders. Goes Well With:WATER!

Amazing!
5Had a free sample of a few of these, was a bit skeptical at first as to if they would work or not, but wow, after the first race I did using these I thought it may just be coincidence, but then when using them again I had fantastic runs time and time again! I have since run out and don't want to run without them!! Will definitely be buying more! These aren't like the normal gels which I find thick and gloopy, they go down really well and are just the perfect amount, the taste is some what of those sour kiddies sweets, but nevertheless they do the trick!

Bit sceptical, proven wrong
5I was a bit sceptical about this initially because it has no carbs, but it blew me away. Definitely works better than any other carb free pre-workout shots, and probably better than a lot of the carb blends I've tried. Will definitely be buying more.

Meh
3Wasn't the greatest flavour, but was small so went down quickly. Definitely made me ready to workout, a lot of caffeine though, so up to you

AMAZING
5Loved this trial sachet of pre-workout, tasted amazing and really got me pumped in time for when I got under the bar, resulting in some very heavy PB squats. Loved it!

5Pretty good pre workout tastes abit sour and funky in certain flavours but drinkable, gives a good kick to your training providing you consume it properly Goes Well With:Water as that's all I've tried it with
