4Would definitely buy again - much preferred this to the pre workout shakes! Much more flavour and easier to consume

5Gave me so much energy really felt a big difference in my alertness levels and was able to output the most amount of strength I could, tasted amazing too.

Horrible taste + not much of a kick
2I've tried the pre workout gel (tropical flavour) and I've not noticed any sort of kick or boost in energy, it tastes horrible and even after the workout I can still taste it. Its really sickly and I felt sick after the workout. Not worth trying probably best sticking to the pre workout powder
