4Great taste. Preferred the berry to tropical one. Have great boost before my workout. Packaging is difficult to get all the product out. Great value for money Goes Well With:Impact why protein or pre workout gummies

3I have tried these gels a few times, I thought they’d be good for training on holiday and less suspicious than taking powder on the plane!!! One thing - put in the fridge.. far nicer when cold, not a massive fan of the consistency when warm.

works well but made my skin itch
3As someone who doesn't have a lot of caffeine this really worked but made me anxious! My skin was super itchy after taking this but I did have energy. Tasted very sour, like children's sweets

Wouldn't bother
1After trying my first pre-workout gel last week (ABE) I was super impressed and thought I would try MyProtien's version and couldn't be more disappointed. Taste wasn't the best and I ended up having to purchase another pre-workout at the gym as it was as if I never had taken this MP gel.

4Taste was very tangy for me personally but if u like sour things u might like it other than that work very effectively
