5So I've posted about this product before.. And I suffer from chronic sintus and will fall ill for about a month ... Yes about 1 month to recover and this would occur at least four or five time a year. Ever since I've taken this multi vitamins.. And it safe to say the doctors said there was no cure. I have not fallen ill once over this year. I knew my immune system was weak but taking these... I can actually feel them kick in. I work long hours and have kids I can guarantee you If I didn't take these I would fall ill even more! We'll done MP... You have saved me from taking nasal sprays everyday of my life! And giving me my life back!Goes Well With:Zinc and water and taurine for amazing sleep

4This is a good quality product and the price isn't bad. I alternate this brand with another one, which works well for me. The only negative comment I have is that with recent purchases quite a few of the tablets have arrived broken, a minor inconvenience. Goes Well With:Impact whey protein

5This is a really good product. I was anxious about the size and taste of multi-vitamins but I found this brand to be the best. The taste is relatively mild and the small size makes it easy to digest. I felt the positive effects relatively shortly after taking them every morning. It's now an essential part of my everyday routine.Goes Well With:Any drink.

Great Multivitamins!
5I have been in search of a decent multivitamin for ages now, then I came across these after searching various types and makes on Google. I wanted something to go with my training and these compliment it perfectly, they have everything in there to cover all the bases that a lot of multivitamins and all the key ingredients to help with not only your immune system but when your training as well. Since taking these over the past year, I have not had a single cold and not been ill at all...I take 2 in the morning and 2 at night and never looked back.Goes Well With:Any liquid

A necessity for staying in tip top condition.
5The best way to see if something works is to stop taking it. On every occasion where there has been a gap in consumption I can almost guarantee contracting a cold of some kind. Whilst taking them my immune system is impenetrable. Whether I'm training or not, this is one supplement I will always continue to take.Goes Well With:Water, or any kind of liquid.

5Alpha Men has an excellent vitamins and minerals ratio in the best quantities for the needs of an athlete. In my opinion it is the best in its category.
