5I use this is my daily multivitamin nowadays and it includes other things that help your average gym goer or athlete whereas a standard multivitamin doesn’t as it’s aimed for a more general male population.Goes Well With:Meals and an above average active lifestyle

Revitalised
4Overall, not a bad product, I have felt better in my daily life since taking the product. I'd recommend as part of additional supplements to keep vitamins and mineral intake high. But the SMELL, its foul, they came out of the tub with the smell. Unsure if it's normal or not.

Top Supplement
5I have been taking these consistently for about 18 months now and quite honestly couldn't do without them. I feel balanced and energetic as a result when compared with life before them. I have also noticed that I'm less susceptible to colds and sniffles since starting with them. Would highly recommend

Alpha multivitamins review
4These don't taste too bad if swallowed with a bit of juice. They work well and I feel energised shortly after taking one. As I've only been taking them for a couple of weeks I can't testify as to their ability to stave off colds and other bugs. But a great start and excellent value compared to other specialist multivitamins.Goes Well With:Anything.. but best swallowed quickly.

Taste has dramatically changed
4I used to have the normal multivitamins until something changed and they tasted horrible, it was that strong and potent it would leave an odour in my room that I couldn’t work out what it was for weeks, I changed to the Alpha Men and they’re the exact same. Tastes like gone off dog food, makes me gag whilst taking and any burp throughout the day comes with a sick taste. Truly awful, got to leave them in the garage so they don’t stink the house out.

Open Verdict - Early Review
4I started taking these a few days ago, and as someone who doesn’t get much sleep/quality sleep I wasn’t expecting anything substantial in terms of effects and this may well be some sort of placebo effect but I feel a lot better in myself and my sleep quality has been much better, my sleep generally hasn’t improved but it’s so soon since I started taking these vitamins that I wasn’t expecting anything to change, feel more energetic but again take with a pinch of salt as I said cause it may be placebo as I’m not sure if your body has to take a few weeks for them to be in your system or whatever. The taste is negligible if you use any sort of flat drink and just swallow them and honestly the smell isn’t that bad to be, just don’t use any sort of fizzy drink to down them cause I found it nigh on impossible to swallow, they’re a bit big but I’ve problems swallowing any sort of tablet generally but at this very moment they’ve definitely make a different especially in sleep quality.Goes Well With:Anything flat: Water/Milk etc
