5This is my 5th month taking these powerful vitamins and minerals, my only negetive is the smell and taste is just not good, but the benefits of these are just incredible. Let's face I don't know any good quality vitamins that tastes like sweets. Alpha men are in a league of their own, I feel total awesome I'm 43 and workout 3-4 times per week. I have not been sick while taking these or ever felt as much as a bit unwell, my body always feels really good, so much better than before I started with these. My diet is quite ok, but I work irregular hours and just general living can take it's toll on you, so these definitely help maintain my diet if I'm lacking something which I must've been as I've just never felt as good even in my 20's. Can't recommend these highly enough if you're looking for the perfect vitamin package then look no further I researched many before trying these and just took a chance by the reviews, best decision I made...Goes Well With:Anything

5Alpha Men is a great mix of the vitamins I need as a powerlifter. They are easy to swallow and I have found my immune system has improved (less sniffles and tiredness). The only issue I have with them is that they smell quite strong and make your urine smell for about 3 hours after taking them.Goes Well With:Glutamine

5I've been taking this for a while and I have definitely noticed a difference, I have more energy, better sleep, no illness and better recovery from training. This is great value as well compared to an equivalent amount of ingredients bought elsewhere. Goes Well With:water

Super vitamins
5Alpha Men are great vitamins all round. This is a must if you're training in my opinion. I only really see the need to take two a day, especially if you're taking it with other supplements. Again, it's cracking value for money!Goes Well With:Impact whey protein

Decent
3Bit of a fragrant taste but not enough to make me dread taking them, like others I've had. I like most of MP's stuff with no complaints but my main gripe with these is that I have to take 2 in the morning and 2 in the evening to get the same benefit as taking 1 of some competing multivitamins. For a fairly hefty tablet size, 4 a day is quite literally no small order.Goes Well With:Water
