Expect no miracles
2Over the years I tried many different multivitamin preparations and to be honest I never noticed anything. However, based on the euphoric reviews I decided to give it a try and purchased a box with 240 tablets. For the first two weeks I took 4 tablets per day and afterwards 2 like different other reviewers did too. Result: No difference what so ever. If you are looking for the multivitamin because you think that you dont get enough vitamins it is worth considering. Other than that I would not expect too much of it

5They smell really bad, but my missus has a raging cold at the minute and they seem to have kept that at bay for me, so well done alpha men.Goes Well With:water or a shake, just something to wash them back quickly with

5Alpha Men are great vitamins, but have bad smell ,The taste isn't an issue for me . I only take 2 pills daily and pee some green .

Best multi-vitamin? YES!
5Let me tell you this, I have been taking this for months and what a difference I have noticed, not been ill ONCE! I stopped taking these for literally 3 days and I basically felt druely and had no energy like I did throughout the day when taking these. I take 2 in the morning and 2 after my dinner at night time. Can't recommend these enough.Goes Well With:A good diet.
