How can anyone complain about the taste there is no taste whatsoever. I just get 5g on a spoon as soon as I open my eyes on a morning and drink water with it. Also pre and post workout with BCAAs and creatine and then before my night time shake even though that contains it. An essential for anyone wanting to stop muscle breakdown and for healthy gut function.

"I take this along with omega 3 fish oils, 5g in morning and 5 at night, I'd say its excellent for recovery, strength gains, energy, mood boost! I only workout once every 4 days training whole body at a time, and by the time its training day again I'm rareing to go! I've been training for years and this is the best product I've taken!"

"First purchase on the site, had no idea what to buy and were to start as i wanted something to give me a boost in general health as have just started training for army fitness tests and general fitness. This product looked simple and easy to use so purchased and instantly noticed the difference when running, full of energy spurts and lack of fatigue afterwards, just wanting to go back out after my distance runs. Also i used the cheapest delivery method of three days and came home the day after ordering to find the product had been delivered in less than 24 hours! was amazed, good work and highly recomended for others just starting to get fitness levels high."

"Good price and easy to use, I use 5g 3x a day. Goes almost unoticed in a flavoured protein shake but I find it gives a slight bad taste in my bedtime shake (unflavoured smooth milk protein). This is not a problem as 5g's disolves easily into a small cup of juice or water and can be downed in one."

worst tasting mp product i have ever tasted but seems to be really effective its best to mix with some fruit juice will definitely buy this product again.

"I've been taking this for about 4 months, pre-workout - and it has most definitely helped with overall recovery time, and the soreness the day's following. The taste is very subtle, when mixed with water, and it mixes very well!"

"I use this daily, it speeds up recovery and helps when you're feeling a bit run down also. When mixed with water on its own, it has a bit of an odd taste, not unpleasant though, it kinda of smells like a dry ice cream cone before you mix it too. The taste is undetectable if mixed with a protein shake if you are bothered by it."

"well....after training for almost 3 years i don't know how i managed without this? i recover so quickly i feel like a vampire! seriously good stuff. doesnt mix too well in water, theres usually a clump at the bottom to chug but nothing too much. has no taste at all, only a slightly bitter aftertaste, undetectable in your protein shake. will be ordering more....also such a great price! same amount elsewhere it almost £30 thankyou myprotein! x"

"It mixes well, I haven't tasted it in isolation as I mix it in with my workout and post workout shakes. The price is right and a 1kg bag should last 9 months based on 10g per session, 3 times per week. I have mixed my kilo with BCAAs and Creatine. Well worth the investment to keep DOMS at bay and speed up recovery."
