I BOUGHT SOME L-GLUTAMINE JUST TO TRY IT WITHOUT EXPECTING ANY RESULTS. I AM A BINMEN WHO TRAINS 3 DAYS A WEEK. BEFORE TAKING THIS PRODUCT I WOULD BE EXHAUSTED WITH WORK AND TRAINING 3 TIMES A WEEK. NOW TAKING IT I FEEL GREAT. AFTER A MONTH I WAS NO LONGER GETTING HOME AND NEEDING AN AFTERNOON SIESTA AND I GOT MY HUNGER BACK FOR GOING THE GYM. I THINK THIS PRODUCT IS EXCELLENT FOR ANYONE WHO IS PRONE TO FATIGUE OR HAS A VERY PHYSICAL JOB BUTS ALSO HAVING PHYSICAL HOBBIES.

"It's one of those supplements that simply has a lot of hype and doesn't do anything. I took it for the sake of trying it and it makes no difference in terms of recovery, strength, etc. The only things that will work are creatine monohydrate, whey (if you struggle to eat a lot of protein) and a lot of good food, rest and hard work. Don't waste your money!"

"fantastic product, other companys offer the exact same thing but charge you about 30-40 quid !!??? its insane ! myprotein are so good because they sell you exactly what you want (just glutamine) and no added shite ! should mention however the taste is god awful but its unflavoured raw ammino acids so you shouldnt expect it to taste good ! throw it in your protein shake and you dont even know its there :D"

"Taking a heaped teaspoon first thing in morning and shortly before bed, ive noticed the following effects.... - Overall mood improvement - faster recovery from exercise - increased libido Anyone serious about reaching thier optimal levels of health and fitness should be taking this stuff. The taste to me is mostly tastless. Mixed with about 100ml of water it has a slightly salty taste that I would say is like Andrews Salts but without the sweetners. "

I have been using glutamine for years and it simply cannot be beaten when taken during heavy training sessions and/or during cutting phases. The recovery process is enhanced but personally I beleive glutamine has a profound effect on the immune system.I must point out that for me glutamine works best when I meet my required protein intake for the day.50g of Impact Whey+5g Creatine+10g glutamine and 25g of maltodextrin taken immediately after a weight session and a cardio session definately has a positive effect on the recovery process also preserves lean mass during cutting phases and high intensity workouts.

"I brought this product to help recovery, in which it diddnt dissapoint. As well as improved recovery it has a profound effect on my mood, i am much happier all the time since i began using glutamine and i feel more energised and alert. This took me be surprise as i diddnt realise a simple amino acid could have this effect! I highly recommend this to everyone regarless of goal and glutamine is now a staple in my diet. "OK, Ive only had mine a few days so can't comment on growth. However, in respect of DOMS this is clearly a must have had my usual full body (that leaves me wrecked the next day) yesterday and today nothing! No pain whatsoever! Will be buying more!"
