God stuff. Bad taste. Realy helped me with my knee pain.

I suffer from rheumatoid and Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin really seems to help with sore joints. I take two per day and am far more mobile, even hitting the weights again. I would highly recommend them for the price.

Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin is absolutely fantastic, I started taking them last week due to runners knees and was nearly crippled with the pain. Just after a week, and doing 4 6mile runs in a week, the pain has completely gone. I can't recommend it enough!

These Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin are great and at a great price. The high mg means I don't have to take more than one a day like other brands.

Top job!

I was suffering from aching joints after my workouts, mainly knees and ankles. Within about 2 to 3 weeks of taking one Glucosamine HCL & Chondroitin tablet a day, I have seen a great improvement. While my aches and pains are still there, albeit in a far far reduced capacity, I have found my recovery is cracking! The next day everything is back to normal again. I have gone the odd day where I have forgotten to take the tabs and I still seem to have the effect. I'm not sure how long I could go without taking it before the effect wore off, but certainly the odd day won't do any harm.

Tablets are acceptably sized for swallowing and seem to be helping my knees get better. No side effects either. Very pleased.

"Hard to swallow if you're just taking it with fluids, so follow the instructions and swallow with food (goes down even easier if you break them in half)! FANTASTIC!!! I suffer from the most horrendous knee clicking which does become quite painful on some occasions ... this product COMPLETELY wiped out the pain and clicking! This is a must for anyone suffering from niggling joint issues, seriously wouldn't try any other product other than this. Thanks MP!"
