Glucosamine HCL and Chrondroitin
5Being a keen runner, I was struggling immensely with knee joints and pains. Have included it in my daily intake of Myprotein products, this product has kept me running and keeping the pain at bay. I've even got my elderly mother to start taking it for joint pain as it really does work wonder. Love the stuff. Wow!
5Hurt my patellar tendon to the point where I could feel it even when walking and couldn't even do bodyweight squats without it hurting and knew I wasn't doing myself any favours so decided to take some time off and been on these only 2 days but already I can tense my quads with no more pain and feel nothing when walking. This had been continuing for a while so certainly seems to have really helped recovery. Didn't expect such quick results but got them having read the great reviews, with which I can now concur! :)

5I suffered from really bad knee pain and my doctor have not had any idea what is causing it. He prescribed strong anti inflammatory pills and they did not help. After less than a week of taking these bad boys, my knee pain is gone. I can run again. Amazing :-)

A must for joint health
5This is a must to help prevent/delay wear and tear on joints caused by physical activity. Taken consistently on a daily basis and you will notice the difference.

So Far So Good
5Purchased these tablets for Osteo arthritic joints. have only been taking them for about 10 days but already I can notice a marked improvement, would definitely recommend them.

effectiveness of glucosamine
5glucosaminehcl & chondroitin sulphate ..i have taken these for 3 years now and have regular bone scans i used to have to have alendronic acid but don`t have to now,this medication works really well for me personally and would reccomend to anyone to try it.

I have to be honest..
5These really work, clicking cartilage and joint pain has gone away within two weeks of using these tablets. Very effective.Goes Well With: Thermopure and lots of water, clean diet

3Not that sure how effective these are but have dodgy knees so anything that may help is worth a go.
