Great
I suffered from really bad knee pain and my doctor have not had any idea what is causing it. He prescribed strong anti inflammatory pills and they did not help. After less than a week of taking these bad boys, my knee pain is gone. I can run again. Amazing :-)

Glucosamine hcl & chondroitn
Take theses every day and joint issues like stiff knees or elbows etc and noticeably improved. It takes about 1 month for these to start working but they do work. No weird clicking noises when I kneel anymore and stiff elbows completely normal again. good value and service from MP.

Glucosamine HCL and Chrondroitin
Being a keen runner, I was struggling immensely with knee joints and pains. Have included it in my daily intake of Myprotein products, this product has kept me running and keeping the pain at bay. I've even got my elderly mother to start taking it for joint pain as it really does work wonder. Love the stuff. Wow!
Hurt my patellar tendon to the point where I could feel it even when walking and couldn't even do bodyweight squats without it hurting and knew I wasn't doing myself any favours so decided to take some time off and been on these only 2 days but already I can tense my quads with no more pain and feel nothing when walking. This had been continuing for a while so certainly seems to have really helped recovery. Didn't expect such quick results but got them having read the great reviews, with which I can now concur! :)

Quality product,very cheap and very nice amount of product ,that has the ingredients just right for my rehabilitation in addition to my supplementation for my injuries. The serving size is high in Glucosamine HCL and chondroitin ingredients which are the key ingredients for help in repairing,recovery and aiding damage from injury. This supplement can increase your chances of recovery. Although you have to take quite big amounts for lengthy periods,it is worth the help. Great product,value for money and significant amount too. Goes Well With:For joint health,collagen production i recommended high strength Vitamin C,where myprotein do a powdered form. I also recommend in addition to the Glucosamine,Vitamin C you can add the Omega 3,6,9 also from myprotein. These 3 key supplements work hand in hand to protect,rebuild and help with repair of damage or injury. Great combination.
