4Quality product,very cheap and very nice amount of product ,that has the ingredients just right for my rehabilitation in addition to my supplementation for my injuries. The serving size is high in Glucosamine HCL and chondroitin ingredients which are the key ingredients for help in repairing,recovery and aiding damage from injury. This supplement can increase your chances of recovery. Although you have to take quite big amounts for lengthy periods,it is worth the help. Great product,value for money and significant amount too. Goes Well With:For joint health,collagen production i recommended high strength Vitamin C,where myprotein do a powdered form. I also recommend in addition to the Glucosamine,Vitamin C you can add the Omega 3,6,9 also from myprotein. These 3 key supplements work hand in hand to protect,rebuild and help with repair of damage or injury. Great combination.

Seems to be effective
5Is a product that we take on trust as we hope they have an effect on the issue or the need that we are trying to help or alleviate. I was at the point of thinking a 30 year running habit may be coming to an end due to ongoing knee issues. I've been taking these for the last month or so and I dare to say that the running is continuing. That's no to to say there are now no issues, as there are, but I feel there has been some relief. I'm taking these in conjunction with other remedial actions and as I said, I am getting through. So hopefully this is no placebo effect, or just solely the other part of the remediation, but so far so good.

5These are the best supplements for joints I have terrible knees the click going upstairs now lesser after taking these. I struggled getting off from the sofa/seat now I'm ok I noticed a difference the very next day and For this reason I'll never stop taking These.

Tablets are hard to swallow but....
3Tablets are very hard to swallow and slightly dangerous in my opinion. However, I just crush them in my mouth and swallow. Seem to be helping, but I wish the shape and size was smaller!Goes Well With:Water

Stronger knee's
5Knees always creaked when bending, especially on squats, after a week on this stuff its almost stopped completely, and they feel a lot stronger, definitely give it a try if that's an issue for you.
