5I am using it along with T-Matrix. I have been following a much stricter, high protein diet for the past few weeks while on these and the results so far have been great. I ran out last week, and over the past week I have seen some improvement but it has been minimal, so I'm back to order another, bigger tub of these.Goes Well With:T-Matrix, Alpha Men, Total Protein

waste of money
2After reading reviews I decided to give them a go. Following a strict diet and strict workout plan, I have seen no difference in weight or muscle definition. You can achieve your goals without these pills, follow a good routine and mix it up to keep your body guessing. It hasn't worked for me but may work for someone else.

Love them
5I've been taking it for a few weeks. I have a very strict diet and I weight train 6 days a week, and I can tell the difference since I've been taking these. I also take 2 with 3 thermopure when I'm doing heavy cardio and love it. I would recommend to anyone who needs a push to lose body fat.Goes Well With:Thermopure, lots of water and a healthy diet.

4I bought this product recently, it's good in the soft gel form, with no taste to them. I've not used them long enough to see a big difference yet but I've noticed some benefits. I'm using them with Tribulus Pro. I will see in another month if I see any great improvements.

5Very good at dropping the inches on the waist. I have lost 1.25 inches off my waist in the space of three months. I would certainly buy again.

Brief review
5I have tried CLA by various companies, and these are by far the best value for money. I definitely feel less bloated and heavy while taking them, even though I do eat a shed load of pizza during the week. I didn't give a high taste rate as, while they don't taste great, they don't hang about in the mouth very long. I only take 2 a day, as any more and I would need to have a portaloo on standby. They are that effective!Goes Well With:Impact whey and water.
