Helps if you eat and train correctly
4Right iv gone through 4 of the 180 tab pots so this isn't a "I've been using this for a week and I see/don't see a difference" pathetic review that is misleading and doesn't help anyone. . The difference using these isn't a miracle which some people seem to expect, but it does help. If you don't you eat well, train correctly and get enough sleep then don't waste you money when you will see a bigger difference from changing your lifestyle. I've used these for both cutting and bulking cycles (not steroid for those who say it about anyone who trains properly). While cutting it maximises fat loss, while bulking it helps prevent increase of excess bodyfat ensuring the extra calories are used productively rather than stored as fat. Again these are not miracle pills but to take your diet to the next level, these will certainly give you a helping hand over time. The main things are diet, training and sleep. Goes Well With:A healthy diet, good sleep and a solid weights and cardio/core routine along side

Worth it
5It's definitely worth buying this. I've been using it for around 3/4 weeks now and I'm seeing the results already. It's helping me lose fat with my diet a lot quicker than I would of done without it. I was slightly sceptical at the start but it's working well. The tablets are slightly big but nothing a glass of water can't fix. Goes Well With:Green Tea Extract, Thermopure

3I got this free with another purchase. I have been using it (after researching it!) since it arrived, and haven't really noticed any difference. I'm not sure how long you have to use it for it to be effective, but 3 weeks hasn't shown any difference. I wouldn't order it again as I'm not sure it's worth the money for me. Also, the instructions say to take between 2 and 6 tablets a day, so it might take a significant amount of time to play around with those dosages to figure out what it takes to get results. I don't think it's worth it for me.

5This is great, does need lots of food to be really effective. I have them mid meal. Will strip you right down when used with the right diet. Goes Well With:Salads, roasts, big healthy meals in general.

5I am using it along with T-Matrix. I have been following a much stricter, high protein diet for the past few weeks while on these and the results so far have been great. I ran out last week, and over the past week I have seen some improvement but it has been minimal, so I'm back to order another, bigger tub of these.Goes Well With:T-Matrix, Alpha Men, Total Protein
