5I have tried CLA by various companies, and these are by far the best value for money. I definitely feel less bloated and heavy while taking them, even though I do eat a shed load of pizza during the week. I didn't give a high taste rate as, while they don't taste great, they don't hang about in the mouth very long. I only take 2 a day, as any more and I would need to have a portaloo on standby. They are that effective!Goes Well With:Impact whey and water.

5I have been taking it twice a day (that's 4 soft gels in total) for about six weeks now and I've noticed my belly fat has started to decrease and my abs are more visible without me having to tense. It seems to be working really well for me and I would recommend it to anyone looking to lose weight or just wanting to cut and define. Goes Well With:any healthy meal and a good exercise plan.

Early Stages
4I'm not entirely sure if this is working yet. I have been taking 2 capsules before my workout and two before bed. All in all, it makes my mind think I'm burning more fat with them than without them, which does help my workout. It helps me to workout harder and want to sweat more.Goes Well With:Cod Liver Oil & Green Tea Extract

4So far, I have found these tablets very effective, along with a good diet and regular exercise. I go to the gym 4 times a week and take these along with Hurricane XS which I am also finding very effective. They are not a miracle pill and have to be used properly to work. Goes Well With:Hurricane XS

Doing the job!
5I have two of these tablets after my 3 meals of the day! I find they give me energy after meals instead of feeling sleepy. I also feel better in my body! I'm not a huge fan of the aftertaste!Goes Well With:Exercise!

Lean build fast!
5This is a great supplement for building lean muscle! I have been using them along with Thermopure and Hurricane XS and have only been using a treadmill to train at the minute and already see a good definition starting to form. I can't wait to see the effects when I get back to the weight training too! Overall I would recommend this.Goes Well With:Thermopure
