5"Wow is all I can say! I train 3hrs a day cardio mixed with aerobic & resistance. Not only did this product give me increased energy the fat around my stomach flew off! Also try mixing this with green tea extract, amazing. I actually went for another brand as you got 90 gels for the same price & cheaper delivery, but it was mixed with Tonalin and did not have the same effects at all. Highly reccomended!"

5"I'm a big fan, helps you lose fat and gain mass, what more do could you want from a supplement? Excellent for use when cutting to help maintian muscle mass, but don't expect miracle fat loss as this is a long term use product. When taking them you might find you feel hungrier even after just having a meal an hr ago, dont have seconds as this is just it working!"

1"Have tried this twice now 1 from MP and another make.Not v.impressed at all.Have done research on this and appears to be some miracle supplement for fat loss.Both times have tried this and both times the 1st 2 weeks appears to work then levels out.I think this happens aswell as i usually up my cardio to help it burn off faster.My opinion is just chnge diet and up your cardio than waste money on fat burning products.Others i know have tried it and they have the same results.each 1 of us strted losing 2-3lbs each week then nothing.Not going to waste money on this again,,also they are like bullets to swallow.Shame they do not live up to the hype as research suggests."

only been using them 4 a week eatin rite and taking these r very effective in a week my bf% was 22.3 now 19.1

"its non thermogenic but its nice to know its a fatty acid in its self. Been using for the past 3 weeks and noticed a slight drop in body fat, i guess this is a long term fat killer not bad slightly pricey though.."
