5Great product. I'm using this with Thermopure and Diet Impact Whey, and I've lost a stone and half in 2 weeks. Well worth the money. Strange wheat like after taste, but a great product and I'm also training five times a week at the gym. Fantastic.Goes Well With:Thermopure, Impact diet whey

4I've been taking these for a month now. I train 6 days a week and I'm definitely seeing a difference, as that stubborn belly fat is finally starting to shift. I take 2 tablets 3 times a day with food. I also started taking green tea extract at the same time. The only downside is when having to take 6 a day, the 180 tub only lasts a month.Goes Well With:Multi vitamin, green tea extract

4I was quite skeptical due to the mixed reviews, but I think the case is that it simply doesn't work for some, and does for others! And for myself, it works. I was stuck in a plateau of exercising regularly and eating clean, but I was maintaining an amount of body fat on my stomach. After taking, I have been able to relax my diet, and still have better results than before. I've taken them for 4 months now and have been told by others that my abdominals have dramatically improved. I take one or two with each main meal (breakfast, lunch and dinner), depending on how carb heavy my meal is (breakfast and lunch I take two). Then after a few weeks I'll take a week off taking them so that my body doesn't get used to them. That's worked for me so far, anyway. I've maintained a weight of 53kg for the last 3 months - losing fat and gaining muscle. I firmly believe they have made a difference, but you need to try them for yourself and see if they work for you.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein, green tea extract

Good product
4I have been taking these 15 days and I can say that I have noticed that my body fat was slightly reduced and I also have gained lean muscle. I don't know if this is one of the side effects but I have gained over 2.5 kg in the past 15 days and this it of positive weight. I take two pills in the morning and 2 at night as I also go to the gym 4/5 times a week. Goes Well With:Omega 3

5Good at helping shift those extra pounds, used these to help with getting a six pack. Definitely work better when taken with food and twice a day Goes Well With:whey protein

Good results so far
4I've been using these soft gels in conjunction with the impact diet whey and so far have seen good results. It's still early days as I've only been using this combination for about a month and a half. They seem to do what they say but by no means is this a short cut to losing weight! You must still eat a healthy balanced diet as well as exercise regularly! They're brilliant and I will definitely be using them again! It's well worth buying a larger quantity as the smaller bottle only lasts about 2 weeks!Goes Well With:Impact diet whey, creatine monohydrate

5Hi all, i'm just commenting in order to seek some help. I have great problems with swallowing tablets and struggle very much with these. I'm trying to cut up as fast as possible before holiday, and was just wondering if biting the softgels and releasing the liquid in my mouth and then swallowing would have the same effect as swallowing the tablet as a whole? I would really appreciate some help, either comment or email mikey_wells@hotmail.co.uk if you have some advice you can give me on biting it. many thanks
