5I have used these for a while and the results are fantastic, I don't get on well with caffeine based weight loss tablets, that is why I chose these and I am very happy with the results.

Ummmmm...
3I've got to be honest and say I am not convinced with this. I've also got to be honest and say that I only take 1 cap with breakfast, you are supposed to take 3. This is why I gave 3 stars. The only thing to drop my weight so far is a drastic drop in carbs.

4I have been using this for a good few weeks now, and am noticing increased results from my diet and exercise, whether it is chemical or psychological this product works! When used in conjunction with a good diet and exercise of course - they are not miracle pills!Goes Well With:Orange Juice!

4It may just be all in my head, but I find these give me that extra helping hand when cutting! It's not a wonder pill, and diet and training is key, but it does seem to help promote fat loss.

5I have been taking it 4 times a day, that's 2 tablets with every other meal. I have maintained my 14st 8lb frame while minimising muscle loss. I have lost around 10lbs in fat in the past 8 weeks without doing any cardio and by just cutting my carbs down and increasing my fat loss supplements such as Green Tea. These are definitely needed for anyone who wants to lose body fat or to help with maintenance. It's another great product from MyProtein.Goes Well With:Any other supplements.

4I train 5 times per week, with a mixture of cardio, circuits and weights. The fat is starting to come off without losing muscle. I know you will have heard it before, but you need to be active to get the benefit from these! Overall, it's a good product.

Effective with thermopure
5I bought these to bolster my weight loss program. After the first week of using these in combination with thermopure my weight loss increased and dropped substantially. Great when combined with thermopure.
