Good tablets for sleep
4They're pretty good a definitely do help with sleep. Perhaps a little pricey but they do often help me fall asleep and wind down in the evening! Anything that helps this insominac is a plus

5So I've been using these for a couple weeks now and I have to say the benefits that theses have go far beyond the fitness, I'm not going to say that they will change your life or make your depression go away but they do help , having suffered from serious depression for the last 10 years, I have found that these take the edge off, again not saying its a cure for depression( that's something you will need professional help with). I use one of theses in the morning And then a anti depressants in the evening and together they make the days a little bit easier I highly recommend theses Goes Well With:Will power , anti depressants and the strength to change your self

Jury is still out
3So, I got these to help with my sleep and have been taking them for about 2 weeks now. I’ve hurt my back so I can’t say my sleep has improved as the pain can wake me up but I wonder if the sleep I get is good quality as I do wake up not feeling tired. Will keep taking and hopefully when I’m not in pain I’ll see a difference and then I’ll write another review

Concerened
1Brought this expecting it to help with my sleeping and my normal anxiety feelings to in return better my mood. Didn’t do nothing of the sort instead the first week of taking it I had adverse reactions such as feeling extra down extra tired. I didn’t sleep at all after the first 2 nights of sleeping to only wake up with burning eyes 3 hours later 😂😂 then for the next 3 nights it did nothing but get me really agitated. I’m not sure why but I think it’s just a placebo and I am just become anxious over using a non working product or even worse.. that it’s actually making me worse? Idk, either way idk if it is safe or if the 1 in million that it would give reverse reactions.

Do not take with prescription meds!!
1I’m sure they’re great, but if you are already on prescription medication - please do NOT take these!! I became extremely depressed whilst taking these. Stopped the supplements, and it went away. I love MP, but this is not suited to my body :)

A life game changer in tablet form
5I do feel I sleep better from the start of taking these 5 nights a week before bed - a better sleep quality and also in getting you off. Where I do think these supplements have their main, major benefits though is their improvement in your general mood and confidence. I wouldn’t particularly say I was in a down place before taking these but they’ve elevated me to cloud9 since - highly recommend to anyone thinking about them!
