Amazing
5I first read the reviews before buying this and saw a lot about how it helps hangovers… 100% agree! I get 2 day hangovers and after taking these I feel fresh! Will definitely be stocking up on these!!

Working well
4I was a bit sceptical of these tablets doing anything, but I was at a stage where I felt very tearful for no reason, not sleeping properly, resulting in anxiety, so was a vicious circle, I didn't want to go on anti depressants so I gave these a go, I e been using them for 3 weeks now, I take before bed, I sleep more rested therefore seem more relaxes, I feel a bit happy so I'm happy with the results I will continue to use.

Wasnt right for me
2After reading good reviews about these helping people sleep i thought great ill try them as i have always suffered with not sleeping and wanted an alternative to prescribed medication but unfortunetly for the first 4 nights i was having bad nightmares after taking these and then would be left awake so i stopped taking them so wasnt right for me

Good ingredient, severly underdosed
1All the clinical studies that have been done that have found promising effects from this compound have all came to the same conclusion. An effective dose is somewhere in the 300-500 mg per day range. This product having just 50mg per tablet means you need to take a minimum of 6 tablets per day just to reach the bare minimum threshold to get any of the positive effects. Meaning 1 bottle of this stuff provides at most 15 days worth. So while I have no issue with the product itself the marketing is very misleading, the label saying the suggested use is just " 1 capsule daily" means that people who dont know any better and do what the bottle says are guaranteed to never reach the effective dose, at that point it is just robbing uninformed people

Deeper sleep
4These have helped improve sleep quality and increasing deep sleep which is a great help with toddler induced interrupted sleep. They seemed to work straight away and feel a lot more refreshed then I did after sleep then I did before using them.

Help with sleep
5These are great for a good night sleep. I used to wake up in night with flashbacks which make me stay awake for hours, since taking these I never woke up in night with flashbacks or weak bladder. Goes Well With:Sleep

Cure my PMT
5I used to suffer with terrible PMT and mood swing but oh my gosh these tablets have made that go away. My feel so much happier, my highs seems so much more frequent and my lows seem so much less low and less frequent. I feel myself again. I would definitely recommend for anyone who suffers with mood swings or bad PMTGoes Well With:Omega 3 and daily vitamin

4I got 5 HTP to help will my sleep and its helped improve helping me get a better night's rest so over all a good supplement it you have trouble sleeping but remember you should not take this if on antidepressants always talk to your doctor.Goes Well With:Water
