Perfect sleep
5Started taking 5htp as I wasn't sleeping so well and feeling a bit low. It has helped wonders, I sleep more restfully. I have felt less depressed, I feel it gives me that little boost I need. Goes Well With:Take at bedtime with ZMA

Undecided about this product
4I bought this product mainly to help me sleep for the night and to help my mild depression. I'm not sure if it helps me sleep better, but it has definitely had a massive impact on my depression! the downsides are that after a week, it's started making me feel nauseous and my appetite is non existent but I could do with losing a few pounds so that's not too bad!

5Wow read about these bad boys in men's health magazine, they have really worked I sleep like never before my mood is way better I feel more confident I take just before bed with zma tablet and bingo I'm in the land of nod Goes Well With:Zma tablet

Great for sleeping
5I take one pill every night before bed, they help you sleep and you feel so much better the next day, I have a high demanding job and get stressed a lot, friend recommended these tablets and to be honest I'm more chilled now and feel a lot happier.Goes Well With:A glass of water.

Ok so far!
4I have been taking thes for about 2 weeks now, and so far so good. Make me feel slightly more refreshed in the Morning. This allows me to give that little bit more in the Gym. Give it time to get into your system though, don't give up after a few days.

HTP best supp I use
5Works wonders for me. Wake up feeling extremely fresh and rearing to go which I have struggled with before I started taking HTP. I took 3 capsules 1 hour before bed, took about a week to kick in. The one supplement I'll never stop using.Goes Well With:Sleep

sleep Debt Management
4I have 2 children young enough so my Sleep over the last 5 years is now so in Debt the IMF should help. when things get bad -a couple of these at night help me maximise the brokenSleep I do get so I am not a zombie the next day there is no substitute for Zeds.. but these help with what I get.

Good product, gives me a 'hangover'
4I bought this product to help with sleep and recovery as a knock-on effect. Pricing is excellent compared to Holland and Barrett or anywhere else I've seen it available. I took this through a tough bout of training in which I was struggling to fully switch off at night. Taken at about 8pm it chilled me out nicely and lulled me into a deep sleep by about 10pm. My body felt heavy, relaxed and ready for a good night's sleep. I slept really well until 6am. I generally need at least eight hours of sleep anyway. After taking 5-HTP I would find it more difficult to get up in the morning. My body still had that heavy feeling and my head felt fuzzy. I still take it on nights that I don't have to be up super early and can lie in. Goes Well With:A lie in

Don't worry be happy
5I decided to my the product after hearing good things about it from meny different people and podcasts. This has been my scones show prep and I can say that 5pht has been a game changer for me. Really helps keep you in a good mood and helps you to keep your focuse at work without having to smash a lid of coffe. I would recommend this to anyone that likes to smile
