Really impressed. Helped with anxiety and mild depression.
5After going through a bad breakup with my ex it brought on quite severe anxiety and mild depression (loss of appetite, loss of weight, did not want to get out of bed, etc.) It got to the point where I wanted to be prescribed anti-depressants. I had tried the usual (running, gym, beers with friends to try and sort my head out) but nothing seemed to shift how low I was feeling. However, after researching the effects anti-depressants can have on your body (in particular a lack of libido) it wasn’t something I wanted to mess with. Some research later, I discovered 5-HTP. The reviews seemed good so I thought I have nothing to lose. I started on 2 capsules before bed and within a few days I could feel a change in my mood. I would actually want to get out of bed and crack on with my day!! 2 weeks later I felt amazing, much more confident and happy. I can’t even remember the last time I was so happy. I have since lowered the dose to 1 capsule before bed and still feel great. It has been around a month now and I’d highly recommend them if you’re feeling down and in the dumps. Heavy weekend
5I know these are meant to be a gym supplement but they are actually really decent for a hangover to get rid of hangxiety Goes Well With:Dominos

Didn’t work for me
2It didn’t work for me. Waste of time. It kept me awake during the night and I was retired and angry in the morning. When I stopped it, I could sleep better straight away. Goes Well With:Water

5I use it before competition. It helps me reduce cortisol level and I can sleep better

Anxiety Killer
5Anyone struggling with anxiety and depression should seriously look into purchasing these I’m now onto my 3rd bottle they by no means get rid of the problems but they certainly help I take 3 50mg tabs every nightGoes Well With:Zma

Life savers
5I take these 4-5 times a week and recommend them 1000%! I’ve been on and off antidepressants over the years but don’t like the thought of taking drugs like that and they obviously come with side effects. They massively help my depression and now I’m drug free and have been for 6 months. MyProtein is also the best value I’ve found. Good for sleeping routine
5I started taking it alongside Zinc and Magnesium to help me relax before bed time, and it really works. It helps your brain to unwind without making you sleepy dizzy, it´s just a help to disconnect with thoughts and help you relax, really recommend. Goes Well With:Zinc and Magnesium
