5This is my Second 5kg Bag - Excellent Stuff for Cycling Just requires 1 Scoop of this with 1/2 Scoop of Fructose, a pinch of sea salt or electrolyte and a bit of juice Why pay a fortune for the same as above (but with other crappy additives!) Mixes Great, tastes ok on its own! And Boy does it Work!Goes Well With:Fructose Sea Salt Electrolyte Fruit Juice

Energy Drink Mix
5This maltodextrin powder is great. Just two scoops into a large bidon of water topped up with your favorite dilutable fruit drink and its good to go. I also add electrolytes but that just my choice. Much more economical than buying from one of the big brands. Buy the 2.5kg or 5kg bag and it will last for several months. Top marks from me. If you have and empty tub from another sports drinks brand keep it and fill it with this powder.

5This stuff is great! For those long sessions down the gym, it really keeps my energy levels topped up, and keeps me performing. It has hardly no taste what so ever. Mixes really well with water, as it seems to just dissolve. Goes Well With:Water

5It does the job. It rises your sugar level up and gets the muscles to work. Don't expect to be HULK after drinking, if you do light workouts. It's very helpful for high intensity exercises. Endurance sports, such as sprinting, heavy lighting, basketball, football. If you are vertical leaper and working at your maximum capacity, this will give you a boost.Goes Well With:With anything you drink. Pre-work out protein shake.

5It does what it is supposed to do... I use it before, during and after my crossfit workout to quickly replenish my energy... No flavour so it goes well with flavoured proteins, mixes really nice too. Would recommend for all high intensity sports.

4Been mixing with cordial or juice pre workout and post workout with usn hyperbolic. Mixes great with no effort and no taste at all(unflavoured option). Seems to be giving me a little extra go in the gym and also putting on a little more weight. Great price, good results, will be buying again! Goes Well With:Usn hyperbolic, fruit juice

5Great product for endurance cycling drinks. Why pay over the odds work out the formula and mix it yourself! Don't give the multi national companies anymore than you have to. Myprotein great price delivery really quick efficient service notified every step of the way. Try it out.Goes Well With:Natural unsweetened juice which gives you the fructose.
