Just what the doctor ordered
5This is exactly what I was after just to keep me going during longer rides. The taste is ok, not much taste at all tbh & it mixes really well. I added it to my usual blackcurrent cordial & loved it. I'll definately be purchasing again.

Post workout cheat code
4Been using for a couple of years now, and has been a no-brainer for me post-workout to replenish your carb stores and kick start that muscle building process ASAP. Also an absolute cheat code for anyone looking to get a few more calories in. Doesn’t mix amazingly at first, but after 5 minutes or so - most will have dissolved. Strange taste by itself considering it’s unflavoured, which is why I’ll always add squash, leaving you with a drink almost identical to squash with all of the added post workout benefits. A staple in my supplements.Goes Well With:Any flavoured squash concentrate

Effective and does what it says
3This is a simple solution to additional carb for energy during a workout and getting sufficient sugars to the muscle. It's inexpensive and effective. Only thing is the packaging does not seal well, so once it's opened, you have to find another way of sealing it.
