5The best post-workout carb on the market at the best price. I'm quite carb sensitive so I just use 1 scoop (38g) along with one scoop (25g) of whey protein. Roughly 270 cals, 40g carb, 20g protein - take with creatine when cycling. This is all as a post-workout shake when bulking. I wish myprotein would make a simple Whey and Malto pre-mixed shake powder. Would make live easier and it'd be much cheaper than the Recovery XS.Goes Well With:I just have water.

4I found that taking this supplement 30 mins before a workout gives you enough energy for an intense cardio workout. Will defiantly purchase again. Highly recommend to a friend.

5This is the first time I have bought separate ingredients and mixed them myself but since I started adding malto to my protein and creatine shake 12 days ago I have gained 3 lbs so am very pleased with this product so far! It mixes easily and doesn't affect the chocolate taste of my protein powder at all which is great! I would recommend this product to any gym goer trying to bulk up.Goes Well With:Creatine

5i was running out of energy mid ride and a friend suggested this product. i used my protein blender bottle added the powder to some water with some squash for flavour, gave it a good shake ... it needs a good shake to mix ! filled my water bottle and went for a ride ...when i started to run out of energy i had some of the mix ..... almost straight away i was recharged. whether im going for a short or long ride this product always comes with me . the smaller pouch cost £3.79.. for that money its worth a try ... you wont be disappointed

5I have not been disappointed with this product - it is unflavoured and mixed with your protein shake is perfect. It mixes easily and is very smooth. I would recommend this to anyone.

5A great product at a real fantastic price. Use it along with protein for s great pre/post workout shake and on it's own on long bike rides.Goes Well With:Soy protein isolate

5this product is amazing especially for the price this is possibly the cheapest price ive ever seen it at, the delivery and service was unbelievable and i bought 7.5kgs of the stuff it was that good.
