What it says on the tin
5I have been looking for a breakfast/midday meal to help increase calorie intake and I stumbled across Instant Oats based on a recommendation from a friend. I have the 'no flavour' oats, which in reality taste just like plain porridge. I mix in my shaker with milk and there we have a mobile breakfast, which if I consume at 8am, will last me until 11ish where I normally stock up on fruit. I wanted to test the effectiveness of the oats, so I have been taking them before exercise, namely football, and they have been successful at helping me maintain energy levels. I would happily recommend this product to a friend. The only thing I would say is avoid mixing with just water, as the taste isn't great. Goes Well With:Milk

4I have 1 scoop of Instant Oats and 1 scoop of Hard Gainer Extreme in the morning, gives me energy quite well. It tastes really bitty and sickly but who cares if it gets you the results? No pain no gain.Goes Well With:Hard gainer extreme

Instant Oats
5Instant Oats features great mixability. It's brilliant for times you don't have time to cook or to eat. For times when you need to get quality complex carbohydrates inside of you but are short on time. It can be used to help fill gaps between classical breakfast, lunch and dinner. It's great for post-workout as it is digested faster than other carb sources such as rice, pasta, potatoes (as it is in liquid form). For people who find it hard to get in those extra calories or people with a fast metabolism and find it hard to gain weight, then this is a must-have product. It's better than ready made 'mass gainers' as it has no simple sugar and you know exactly how many grams of oats you are getting. Plus it's cheap and not filled will low quality fillers.Goes Well With:Impact whey

5Instant oats are a staple order I turn to every time I purchase from Myprotein. They're highly versatile, great for adding to your pre-workout shake and great for adding extra carbs to your diet. I opt for the vanilla flavour and it tastes good. And most importantly it improves the taste of the dreaded pea protein isolate. Goes Well With:Fresh fruits for a smoothie, on its own, or any protein supplements.

5I recently bought this Instant Oats to add carbohydrates to my protein shake to help fuel me before my workout, and as a breakfast source to help keep me going until lunchtime. I mix 1 scoop oats to 1 scoop impact whey chocolate protein. If you use the metal ball in your shaker, then there will be no lumps whatsoever. With it being so cheap, it really is great value for the money as 2.5kg wont break the bank. Once again, well done MP!Goes Well With:2.5kg Oats - 6000ml Tub

Brilliant product!
5I've been using Instant Oats for over a month and found it the ideal product to buy to mix with my whey protein when I'm on the go and I can't get a meal down me. I have been using this while dieting to get in shape for the summer and have found this to keep me full and not wanting to eat snacks or cheat meals. This is a brilliant product and I hope others enjoy this as much as my self!Goes Well With:Whey Protein or on it's own.
