5Excellant product. Great way to get some healthy carbs at any time of day.Mixes well with protein powder and milk. Would recommend instant oats to anyone who does any type of resistance training. Great product at a great price!

Instant Oats
5Not much can really beat these as a good quick supply of carbs throughout the day. Half the size of any other carb source, mixable and take-able with in 30 seconds. Recommended to any one who is looking to increase the calorie intake with out the pain of eating a lot more and fitting in time for food.Goes Well With:anything.

Instant Oats
4I recently got the instant oats from MyProtein so thought I would give them a try. I have been adding them to my morning shake with the chocolate whey I have and it makes for a great shake, a little thicker but no real lumps. It fills me up quite well so I am not craving a mid morning snack which is good. Definitely buy again.Goes Well With:Impact whey protein

Simply Oats..
5Great product with a great taste as it is. Don't like it? Add a little bit of Sugar or even Nesquik - tastes even better! Does its job well and keeps you fuller for longer. With great nutritional benefits you cant go wrong!

Not for me
1Got the Instant Oats to put in Total MRP because I was having a jaw operation and struggled to eat and I looked up that the oats would fill me up more. Firstly, the mix-ability was its major downfall, consequently it got 1 star in every category from me. The oats did not taste of anything, but I have given 1 star because the oats ruined the taste of the shake. Goes Well With:Nothing.

What it says on the tin
5I have been looking for a breakfast/midday meal to help increase calorie intake and I stumbled across Instant Oats based on a recommendation from a friend. I have the 'no flavour' oats, which in reality taste just like plain porridge. I mix in my shaker with milk and there we have a mobile breakfast, which if I consume at 8am, will last me until 11ish where I normally stock up on fruit. I wanted to test the effectiveness of the oats, so I have been taking them before exercise, namely football, and they have been successful at helping me maintain energy levels. I would happily recommend this product to a friend. The only thing I would say is avoid mixing with just water, as the taste isn't great. Goes Well With:Milk

5Good - I mixed them into a protein shake. Was a bit gritty, but tasted ok. Does what it's meant to.
