Brilliant product!
5I've been using Instant Oats for over a month and found it the ideal product to buy to mix with my whey protein when I'm on the go and I can't get a meal down me. I have been using this while dieting to get in shape for the summer and have found this to keep me full and not wanting to eat snacks or cheat meals. This is a brilliant product and I hope others enjoy this as much as my self!Goes Well With:Whey Protein or on it's own.

5I started using this product in a shake, together with proteins after training, and feel that it worked very well. I have now started blending oats, proteins, fruits (bananas, blueberries and rasberries) and milk as a breakfast, and its fantastic! Keeps me going till lunch, and mixes very well. I chose the neutral taste, because i like to add my own taste, by adding berries etc. Awesome product!Goes Well With:Proteins

Pre Exercise Energy
5I was looking for healthier pre exercise fuel (than ineffective thermos or energy drinks) and this is perfect. Have an hour or two before exercise and you'll have a good boost of energy with this. Mix well for a better taste, can be a bit gritty. Nice with either milk or water. Also good to add to other shakes to bulk them out a bitGoes Well With:Milk

3As with all the instant oats it doesn't mix great and some sticks to the back of your throat and because of that it's not the best taste in the world. However, I bought this to bulk and get those carbs in and im not too fussy about taste and flavour as long as it works, chug it back and you will soon see them gains!

5Good supplement to take in the morning before work/school. Definitely have noticed an energy boost throughout the days. I recommend this supplement to people who gets drained out easily. Goes Well With: Alpha men Vitamins
