Somewhere out there, summer is happening. If, unlike us, you’re actually lucky enough to be experiencing the sunshine and warmer weather — then you’ll love these ice cold, refreshing protein shakes from Niall Kirkland.

And if not, you can join us in denial as we cling on to the hope that this rain will blow over soon and enjoy these delicious shakes regardless.

Plus, they’re just the thing for cooling you down after tough training session, rain or shine.

Niall’s gone all out with this trio of irresistible flavours — we’d strongly recommend trying them all.

Ingredients

Banana Brownie
  • ½ banana (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt
  • 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (Chocolate Smooth)
  • 15g cocoa powder
  • 150ml almond milk
  • Handful ice

 

Iced Frappuccino
  • ½ banana
  • 1 scoop Impact Whey Protein (Chocolate Smooth)
  • 150ml almond milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp. instant coffee
  • Handful ice

Instructions

1.

To make each shake, simply add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Garnish with grated white chocolate, grated dark chocolate, or cocoa powder, and enjoy!
