MP - Rolled Oats

Surprised no one has reviewed this product yet!! I've always preferred rolled oats to instant because they aren't as refined/processed. It's very simple to make if you have little time in the mornings like myself - 2 scoops, 200/220ml water, 2 minutes in the microwave and there you have it!! Mix in a scoop of impact whey and some frozen berries and you have a healthy and delicious breakfast. However....if you stress and scrutinise over your macros, take into account that a level MP scoop = 30g oats not 25g as it says on the bag......so it will be a 60g serving which gives the following values: 221cals, 7.4g protein, 33.6g carbs, and 5g fat

Great product!

Rolled oats have become part of my everyday diet! Great for breakfast mostly! Also add them to post workout snacks. Tasty alone but add the Chocolate Whey Protein for extra flavour (also another great product from myprotein)! Great value also!

I have used supermarket rolled oats in the past but the texture is never the same as your brand. The great price and fast delivery makes it a no brainer.

I use my oats for breakfast with, hazelnuts, mixed seeds, raisins, yogurt and honey for a filling , healthy and satisfying start to the day.

Quality oats for sure. They have a good healthy natural taste and I use them for baking. Good value.

The mainstay of a healthy breakfast mixed with nuts, berries the breakfast of champions, prefer the rolled oats much tastier.

Recently bought these as part of my first buy from my protein. Great value for money will definitely be buying them again. Have been having them every morning: half a scoop of oats, 10g chia seeds, 100g alpro coconut yoghurt, splash of almond milk, left in fridge over night and topped with blueberries and banana.

Porridge

Love these oats so much that my kids all wanted a bag for their homes. I ordered 4 5kg bags 😂. Think that shows how much we love them. I have even got my partner to ditch his sugary granola to start the day with this porridge. Great start to the day.

Love these!

Ordered the 5kg bag of rolled oats, they are what I would describe as jumbo oats and therefore find they don't cook as well into a nice porridge mixture. However, I have started soaking the oats overnight with chia seeds and protein powder in water/milk and cooking the oats in the morning for 2-3 minutes which creates an amazing thick and creamy bowl of oats! Absolutely love this combination and will continue to do this even though it takes a bit of preparation it is totally worth it! Very affordable bag and taste amazing!

Protein powder, chia seeds, peanut butter, blueberries and hemp seeds - best breakfast!
