Plant-Based Golden Milk Turmeric Smoothie

This plant-based shake recipe is bound to set off that summer feeling with its refreshing taste and added health benefits. We’ve thrown in a scoop of Organic Turmeric to get that sunny colour and give you a great big antioxidant boost.

Turmeric is bursting with antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory benefits too, so makes a great addition to your shake, whether it’s time for a snack, or to boost up your breakfast. You don’t have to limit yourself to a shake either, turmeric is one of those versatile foods that you can throw into everything from a latte, to your favourite Friday-night curry.

Still not sold on this sunny-coloured shake? We’ve also added spicy ginger which is also known for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects too, as well as added that zing to your shake that’s bound to leave you feeling rejuvenated.
