Honey & Banana Shake

Shake yourself together with our honey and banana blend. Packed with vitamin A, iron, potassium, fibre and phosphorus.

Bananas help maintain overall good health, not to mention a slow release of energy throughout the day. Follow this ideal pick-me-up recipe and your energy levels will last longer – shame the shake won’t!

Ingredients

1 Frozen Banana

25g Organic Whey Protein

1 tsp. Honey

1 tsp. Cinnamon

10g Bee Pollen

Method

1. Blend all ingredients together and serve.

2. For an extra boost sprinkle some additional bee pollen or add a few raw cacao nibs on top.
