Slurp your BCAAs in slushy form! These BCAA slushies are super easy and make the perfect refreshing drink pre- or post-workout, or even throughout the whole day.

BCAAs make the perfect addition to your workouts, whether you’re looking to lose weight or tone up. And, our new Active Women BCAAs are vegan-friendly too.

Makes: 4-6

Ingredients For BCAA Slushy Shots

  • 8 scoops Peach Tea BCAA
  • 10 strawberries, plus extra to decorate
  • 1 lime (juice)
  • 75ml water
  • 3 large handfuls ice

Method

1. Place all ingredients into a blender and process until slushy. You don't want to overdo it here – just blend enough before it liquefies too much.

2. Pour into shot glasses and decorate each glass with a fresh strawberry. Perfection! Check out the macros below.
