Game Changers
4Started taking ZMA to help with a 6am gym routine, sleep really well at night and once the alarm goes at 6am, I'm up like shark. No grogginess at all. Been taking it 4 weeks and haven't missed a session.

Turned me into an insomniac
1This ZMA keeps me up at night even if I am severely fatigued. I have taken Zn and Mg supplements (separately) before but never experienced this issue. Possibly some ingredient is not going down well since it gives me borderline anxiety after consuming it. I'm stopping it immediately and reverting to Zn and Mg + Ca supplements.

ZMA for better sleep!
5I have been using ZMA on and off for years so I definitely know when I’m taking it. I take one before bed, preferably a while after food and hour before sleep. You will have some whacky dreams but you absolutely feel like your body has benefitted when you wake up. Great value for the amount of capsules you get. Absolutely recommend ! Goes Well With:HMB or EAAs - Both can be found on MyProtein.
