amazing - but funky dreams!
5I do like this product, and had taken it years ago. As I'm now in my 40's and have two young kids, recovery is key. I feel these definitely help with sleep, rest and recovery, but they do leave you with some really funky dreams as you recover!

5take these about 30 mins before bed on an empty stomach and seem to help me sleep better, sometimes weird dreams. Meant to be good for immune system to. Goes Well With:any supplement really

Great ZMA capsules
5ZMA one of the few supplements (along with protein and creatine) that I swear by. MP ZMA great quality and value for money. Wake up every morning feeling refreshed after a deep, quality sleep. Well recommended.

Effectiveness
5At first, I was a bit skeptical about the ZMAs as my body don't really feel the effects of supplements. But I just follwed the instructions, to take on an empty stomach.. I was surprised that it works on the first capsule. So I usually have dinner at 7pm, and nothing after that. I usually go to bed at 10pm, so I would take it at around 9pm... And I have a very deep sleep at night, and I no longer wake up around 3am or 4am.. I wake up feeling refreshed and recharged... recommended this to one of my colleagues.. definitely buying this again...

Amazing sleep
5Take these half an hour before sleep and then I’m out like a light. With a young baby I get broken sleep but now it’s a lot better quality sleep. Don’t feel as tired during the day. A must for everyone!

5I suffer with severe Insomnia. My PT suggested taking ZMA, been on them a few weeks now, I take one before bedtime. My sleep has improved so much, I'm actually get a good 6 hours a night most nights and sometimes a bit more. I used to only average 2 hours or less! These have been really beneficial for me and they help with the muscle soreness from working out. Great product!
