Zinc tablets
5I was recommended trying these by my son for my husband who was having difficulty sleeping. They have worked amazingly, my husband's sleep has been much improved. Highly recommend.

Worked instantly!
5I thought I'd try these out as I read that Zinc can help with sleep, clear skin, and maintaining normal hormone levels. I've only been taking them for a couple of weeks so it's probably too early to see all the benefits, but from my very first tablet taken before bed I noticed a drastically improved quality in sleep, and I actually remember my dreams the next morning now. I've had sleep related issues for most of my life, to the point where prescription drugs didn't even work so I'm very pleased and will continue to use this product.Goes Well With:Pyjamas and a Teddy bear

2Hi I have just received my vitamin pills and the container the pills are in is cracked and the pills are all damp. I know I didn't pay alot but they shouldn't be like that

Gives great energy boost!
5This product is great, definitely noticed a difference with energy levels. I can sometimes feel really tried mid day and go for a nap. Since taking these on a morning I am full of energy, I don’t nap and still feel energised for my evening gym sessionGoes Well With:Take with: water, clear whey, any drink.

Immune System Boost
5I have used zinc in the past as a way of boosting my immune system- usually a mixed supplement with Vit C etc. I bought these to try as I had run out and I definitely feel they helped stop a cold that was coming on, will continue to use them as part of my daily supplements due to the many benefits of Zinc!
