Energetic
5Have been taking zinc tablets for a couple of weeks now, I have more energy in the mornings, and generally feel better, one benefit is help fighting off cold and flu. I am early 40's and wish u started these sooner. Definitely an improvement to overall physical health.

5Love these zinc tablets! Since I have been taking them daily I have noticed a massive difference to my hair, skin and nails. My skin has more of a glow and my hair and nails are growing so quick!! I have had zinc tablets in the past but but never seen the benefits as quick as with these ones.
